Dan Wharton set up LOC Hire with a clear vision to provide customers with the best products and service possible. This ethos, our ethos, remains the same a decade later.
LOC Hire started from an initial investment of just 2 welfare cabins. Today we have around 400 welfare cabins, 200 stores, 700 chemical toilets, 250 modular accommodation units and a range of other site related products.
We’ve always believed in thinking differently to similar welfare unit hire companies. Take mobile welfare cabins for example. We’ve innovated, pushing our manufacturer to create more flexible options for construction sites and railway works. Rather than the standard 6/7 person welfare units – we’re now offering up to 20-person mobile welfare cabins.
We’re constantly looking for the edge that sets us apart and adds more value to our customers. For example, our sister company ECOHire offers solar powered welfare units with environmental benefits. These being an example of how LOC Hire caters and adapts to all of our customer’s needs. As well as continually modernising the company.
We pride ourselves on our high levels of customer service. We’ve found that far too many welfare unit hire companies weren’t delivering on their promises. At LOC Hire, we’re tenacious and will get the job done – but we never over promise.
