Modular Staff Changes
We are thrilled to announce a significant development in our company’s journey towards growth and efficiency: Avril McWilliams has been promoted to General Manager of our Modular Division. Avril’s appointment marks a pivotal moment for us as we continue to strive for excellence and innovation in the Modular Buildings sector.
Avril brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role. Her extensive background in the Modular Buildings industry, combined with her track record of achieving strategic objectives, positions her as the ideal leader to steer our Modular Division towards new heights. Avril’s proven leadership skills and innovative approach will be instrumental in driving our business forward.

One of Avril’s first initiatives will be to ensure that our operations are more focused and efficient. To this end, Phil Whelan will now fully concentrate on the Modular Division in his role as Operations Manager. Phil will be responsible for recruiting additional Modular Teams at our Falkirk and Grantham Depots. This expansion will enable us to meet the growing demand for our services and ensure that we have the resources necessary to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Additionally, we are establishing a dedicated Modular Hire desk. This specialised team will be tasked with providing our customers with the detailed attention and support they require, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. This initiative is part of our commitment to enhancing customer satisfaction and reinforcing our reputation as a reliable partner in the Modular Buildings sector.
Looking ahead, Avril is enthusiastic about the future:
